Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging, including the shipping box. Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may not qualify for a refund or store credit.
To request a return, please email support@alloralash.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at support@alloralash.com as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and work quickly to resolve it for you.
Important
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is delivered to the wrong address, you will need to contact the delivery carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
All shipping and return label costs are the responsibility of the customer.
