Shipping Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been marked as “delivered,” Allora Lash is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items that go missing after delivery.

Every order comes with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout the delivery process. Please note that Allora Lash is not liable for delays or lost items caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to reach out to the carrier and file a claim.

For any concerns regarding your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

International orders that are refused or left unclaimed will not be eligible for a refund.
 

Import Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees that may apply upon delivery. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Allora Lash does not cover any customs charges or clearance fees. For more details, please contact your local customs office.


Important

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is delivered to the wrong address, you’ll need to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
